This year I was elected to the JYIG liaison position in Campo. After being elected, I went with the rest of my officer corp to Spring Servant Leadership conference. While there, I not only grew closer to my fellow officers, but I also learned how to further develop my club and become a servant leader. One of the ways I did this was by creating sticky note madness. We scribbled down any idea that popped into our heads on sticky notes and then slapped them down in the middle of the table. Then, we went over the brainstorms to see what would actually work. SLC was an amazing experience and I am very grateful to have learned how to be a better servant leader.
